Electric roaster
We use an electric roaster which allows us more control over our roasting curves and reduces our emissions. We roast our coffees in small batches and take a sample of each coffee at each batch to check the quality.

Not only are we very proud of this practice, but it's also a rare practice in the coffee industry.
