Which subscription is best for me?

We have 3 types of subscriptions: Lab, Classic, and Club Lab.

Lab coffees, known for their complex, fruity flavors, are perfect for adventurous coffee lovers who appreciate vibrant and unique tasting notes from different regions and seasons.

Classics offers balanced and smooth coffees from single regions or blends, ideal for those who crave a consistent and comforting cup every morning.

The Club Lab's bi-monthly subscription offers exclusive or early access to single-origin coffees. Each delivery focuses on a specific theme to showcase diverse origins and explore specialty coffee concepts. The package allows you to sample premium coffees at a reduced cost. Includes a Club Coffee Focus Group.

What frequency should I select?

You can choose your delivery schedule for our Classic and Lab subscriptions: every two weeks, every three weeks, or every month, depending on your coffee consumption.

When is my coffee roasted?

Each coffee is roasted to order on the Mondays and Tuesdays of your subscription week.

How can I change my subscription?

All changes can be made through your Nucleus account. Changes to subscriptions must be made before the billing date. Confirmed orders cannot be changed, exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
