Which subscription is right for me?

We have 3 types of subscriptions: Lab, Classic and the Lab Club.

Lab coffees, known for their complex, fruity tastes, are perfect for adventurous coffee lovers who appreciate vibrant, unique tasting notes from different regions and seasons.

Classics offer balanced, smooth coffees from single regions or blends, ideal for those who crave a consistent, comforting cup every morning.

The Lab Club's bi-monthly subscriptions offer exclusive or early access to single-origin coffees. Each delivery focuses on a specific theme to showcase diverse origins and explore specialty coffee concepts. The formula allows you to sample top-quality coffees at a reduced cost. Includes a club coffee discussion group.

Quelle fréquence dois-je sélectionner ?

You can choose your delivery schedule for our Classic and Lab subscriptions: every two weeks, every three weeks or every month, depending on your coffee consumption.

When is my coffee roasted?

Each coffee is roasted to order on Mondays and Tuesdays of your subscription week.

How can I change my subscription?

All changes can be made through your Nucleus account. Changes to subscriptions must be made prior to the billing date. Confirmed orders cannot be modified, exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
