This year, the festival will be held at the SAT (Société des Arts Technologiques), located at 1201 boulevard St-Laurent, Montreal, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. More than 30 specialty coffee roasters from Quebec will be present to share their passion and their products.
Nucleus is proud to participate in this event on May 4! We will be there to help you discover our products.
Among the roasters present on Saturday, May 3, 2025, you will find:
Saint-Henri, Latitude Zero, Micro Espresso, Kohi, Binocle, Bean et Bonheur, Melk, Kujira, Za & Klo, Ditchfield, Traffic, Nektar, Zab, Pista, 94 Celcius, Escape & Canal

Structure, Nucleus, Le Tom, Jungle, Yamabiko, Dums Coffee, Even, Appalaches Torréfacteur, Kittel, Kaapeh, Tambour, Colorfull, Zab, Pista, 94 Celcius, Escape & Canal
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the roasters, discover and buy bags of coffee directly, and even equip themselves with the latest accessories and equipment to improve their coffee experience at home. In addition, workshops and conferences led by experts will be organized for all those who wish to deepen their knowledge or simply have fun with coffee. Guided coffee tastings (cuppings) will also be offered.
The festival will also offer unlimited coffee tastings, encouraging exchanges between coffee enthusiasts and professionals.
Organized by committed roasters such as Maxime Richard (Café Pista), Simon-Louis Brosseau (Zab), Marc-Alex Boisjoly (94 Celcius), David Boucher (Escape) and Eric Gingras (Canal), the Café Collectif promises not only to bring together coffee lovers, but also to highlight the dedicated work of local producers and roasters.
Tickets will be available soon.
These tickets include access to workshop-conferences, cuppings, tastings and activities. It is advisable to book early, as places are limited.
